Shipping policy

Ready to Ship:

Items marked ready to ship are already in stock and will usually ship within 3–5 business days after your order is placed.


Preorders:

Preorder items are made or restocked especially for you! Estimated shipping times will be listed in the product description. Please note that preorder dates are estimated, and slight delays may occur due to production or supplier timelines.

If your order includes both ready-to-ship and preorder items, everything will be shipped together once all items are in stock. If you’d like your ready to ship items sooner, please place separate orders.

 

Shipping and tracking:

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Ashley Lobalbo Shop is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they’ve been marked as delivered by the carrier. Please contact your local postal service for help if this happens.

All sales are final. Because many items are made to order, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed. Returns may be accepted after you receive the item, but you’ll have to pay for shipping costs and fees. 

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please reach out within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue, we’ll try our best make it right!
